Things here in Puerto Rico are always backwards. Villans are heroes, the good are punished and even storms come backwards.
Tropical Depression #15, soon to be known as Omar, is getting ready to strike the southern part of PR...backwards! Yup! It's been known to happen.
Well, let's see what happens.
