From Saratoga Springs, NY we get this info...A judge has ordered a 19 year old man to publish a public apology to the city of Saratoga Springs for using an obscene costume in a high school Grduation.
Calvin Morett pleaded guilty to the charges of improper public conduct for appearing in the Saratoga theater where the ceremony was being performed dressed as a giant penis and shooting Silly String from the top. The scene was captured on video and posted on You Tube.
The Judge ordered that Calvin pays for the public apology in the local newspaper, court costs and perform 24 hours of community service.
Damn! Why didn't I thought of that in high school!!!
