Bizarre stuff happens all the time in PR. Two childhood friends died when one of them accidentally killed the other with an illegal gun he purchased. The guy was playing at being a gangster when the gun discharged, hitting his friend in the neck killing him instantly. Then in the panic and the confusion of the moment, the guy put the gun in his mouth and pulled the trigger.
This makes two things clear, first, don't play with a weapon, guns are not toys! Second, we need a lighter gun law that requires that citizens can purchase a gun, but are required to take weapons training with it for your license. If the laws here weren't that draconian, This tragedy probably would have been averted, as that guy would have known what to do with a legal gun.
